A CAK39H axial wet tantalum capacitor produced by BEC is a high reliable, hermetically sealed capacitor by using tantalum pentoxide dielectric as anode. It meets Chinese military-grade and hermetically sealed axial wet tantalum electrolytic capacitor with silver case, wet electrolyte, high reliability and compliant with GJB733A-96 and QJ/PWV319-2010. It features an all-tantalum case and a hermetic seal, designed for high-reliability performance in extreme environments. All-Tantalum Hermetic Design: Cylindrical all-tantalum case with glass-to-tantalum hermetic sealing, insulation sleeve and axial polar leads for through-hole mounting. Customers can easily tell the polarity marking (the "+" symbol shown on sleeve).

 

Miniaturized Structure: Optimized internal design achieves smaller volume while maintaining high capacitance and ripple current handling makes it suitable for space-constrained aerospace applications.

 

Non-Solid Wet Electrolyte: Eliminates thermal runaway risk, ensures stable long-term performance by its high ripple current handling and low ESR.

 

Military Standard Compliant: Conforms to GJB733A-96 and QJ/PWV319-2010, with high reliability and radiation resistance. It can be tailored for aerospace and other harsh-environment applications.

A1: The CAK39H maintains GJB733A-96's strict ultra-low leakage standards (temperature-dependent, whichever value is greater).
At +20°C: I₀≤0.0008CRVR or 1μA; at +85°C/+125°C: I₀≤0.006CRVR or 6μA.
It is the same as CAK39. It retains the CAK39's key high-performance attribute: 700mA to 2300mA ripple current handling (low ESR, wet electrolyte design) for continuous AC ripple in aerospace DC-DC converters and pulsed power circuits-all while achieving a smaller physical volume than CAK39 for the same capacitance/voltage rating.
